Shipping Methods

UK: Orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 or DPD Next Day depending on the chosen option at checkout. Delivery costs are £6.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48, and £9.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day.

Europe: We deliver to a select number of European countries. Delivery is via DHL and times may vary depending on the destination country. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Local Taxes and Customs Duties

For delivery outside the UK, your order will be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are imposed once the package reaches its destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary significantly between countries, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you refuse to pay the local import duties and taxes, the goods may either be destroyed by customs or returned to the sender at your expense (with costs deducted from any refund owed).

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (if applicable). The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
