We are Luke and Anna Patience, brother and sister and co-founders of Unkiltered. Luke is a front-of-house kind of guy and Anna is more behind-the-scenes. While different in many ways, we are united by a simple goal: to combine exceptional liquid with great looking design to create memorable whisky that people love.

Our Unkiltered journey began through our shared love of whisky. Luke, a 3-time Olympian and silver medallist, was looking for a new challenge after retiring from Olympic sailing. While bouncing around ideas for the future over a dram (or few), we realised that Luke's knowledge of all things whisky + Anna's background as a graphic designer could be the perfect blend of skills and passion to start something exciting (and have a few more drams).

A few years on, Unkiltered has shaped into something that we are both really proud of, and we hope you enjoy our whisky as much as we have enjoyed creating it.
