KIWI, ALE & LIQUORICE

Fresh green fruit on the nose. Smooth with a really distinct palate of beer and leathery notes which gently sweetens up on the finish. This mysterious Highland malt from an undisclosed distillery was finished for 1 year & 8 months in an Amontillado Sherry cask, and we were lucky enough to bottle the final drops - there are just 36 bottles available of this one.
